Most DNA collections take about 10 to 15 minutes per person.
Results depend on the type of DNA test ordered. Paternity, maternity, and zygosity testing is typically completed within 2-3 business days after the lab receives the samples.
Aunt/uncle, siblingship, and grandparentage testing is typically completed within 5 business days after the lab receives the samples.

Yes. Payment is required before the collection appointment is confirmed.

Yes. You must disclose any history of a bone marrow or stem cell transplant before testing. In some cases, standard sample types may not be appropriate, and the laboratory may require a different specimen type for accurate results.
In New York, DNA testing typically requires authorization before testing can be completed. Depending on the type of test, this may include authorization from a physician, an attorney, or a court order.
No. At-home DNA testing is not permitted in New York. Research Me provides mobile, professionally collected DNA testing services instead.

Mobile appointments include up to 20 miles from Niagara Falls, NY at no extra charge. Locations beyond 20 miles may include the following travel fees:

• 31–40 miles: $35
• 41–50 miles: $50
• 50+ miles: Custom quote

Research Me is a mobile DNA sample collection business, so appointments are conducted at the client’s location or at a prearranged approved meeting location. At this time, I do not offer traditional in-office or walk-in appointments. This mobile model allows for greater convenience, privacy, and flexibility for my clients.
